can rest assured knowing that if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve

understand that it can be disappointing when products don’t exceed expectations
– and our easy to use return’s service allows for a hassle-free refund within 14 days of the arrival date.

WHO PAYS POSTAGE?

Please
note that customers are expected to cover any related postage fees for
returning the products – however here at Insane Perfumes we always recommend
Royal Mail registered delivery services as this will ensure that your items
reach us safe and sound!

If
order is over £30 we recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We
don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS

To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for

REFUNDS

your return is received we will inspect it. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.

you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace
items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email.
